George Kailas is the CEO of Prospero.ai, a fintech company using AI to make Wall Street-level intelligence accessible to everyone. Under his leadership, Prospero’s market-tested signals—built with NYU partnerships and over a decade of data—have consistently outperformed the market.

George began his career in hedge funds and investment analysis before founding Instadat, an AI company in predictive analytics. He also serves on the Fast Company Impact Council and is a Fellow at AI Circle, joining global leaders shaping the future of responsible AI.

He holds a degree in Economics-Accounting and History from Claremont McKenna College.
